Swimming Pool and Fitness Center

Lounge seating and a pergola ring the outdoor pool, giving residents somewhere to sit through a Maryland summer evening. The fitness center holds cardio machines and strength equipment in a windowed room on site, a real convenience when the alternative is driving Georgia Avenue at rush hour.
